Officials in Holly Co, Kansas have decided to not publish suspect James Snyder's mugshot following the April 11, 2016 run-in with local authorities, according to recently released information.

Kansas Crime first heard about the event on April 14, 2016 after the Coffey County Sheriff's Office released the information to the public. Records indicate that Snyder was arrested following the encounter and charged for a driving-related offense.

At the time of the arrest, Snyder was described as a suspect and 37 years old. Few additional details were recorded in the report.
