Records show Gareth Hogue of Neosho County was taken into custody on April 2, 2014 by officials in Kansas.

Authorities in Neosho County, Kansas have arrested Gareth Hogue, according to official reports uncovered by Kansas Crime.

Kansas Crime first heard about the event on May 12, 2015 after the Kansas Department of Corrections released the information to the public. Hogue was detained and later charged on multiple counts, according to Kansas Crime's analysis of the official report.

The official report details Mr. Hogue as a white man, 5' 9" tall, 125 lbs, 22 years old, hazel colored eyes, and blond or strawberry hair. The report also specifies Mr. Hogue's date of birth as 01/28/1993.
