39-year-old of Neosho County booked on multiple counts

Neosho County, Kansas officials have released the name of the suspect from the encounter on October 1, 2014.

Matthew Huff, a man of 39 years age, was arrested in Neosho County according to information retrieved by Kansas Crime.

Kansas Crime first heard about the event on May 6, 2015 after the Kansas Department of Corrections released the information to the public. Records indicate that Huff was arrested following the encounter and charged on multiple counts.

At the time of the arrest, Mr. Huff was described as a white man, 5' 10" tall, 190 lbs, 39 years old, hazel colored eyes, and red/auburn hair. Few additional details have been provided at this time.
