Records show Jimmy Kenworthy of Neosho County was taken into custody on February 4, 2015 by officials in Kansas.

Authorities in Neosho County, Kansas have arrested Jimmy Kenworthy, according to official reports uncovered by Kansas Crime.

Kansas Crime first heard about the event on April 17, 2015 after the Kansas Department of Corrections released the information to the public. Records indicate that Kenworthy was arrested following the encounter and charged on unclassified charges.
