Mcpherson County, Kansas officials may have gotten more than they bargained during their encounter with Benjamin Dick on January 20, 2015.

Authorities in Mcpherson County, Kansas have arrested Benjamin Dick, according to official reports uncovered by Kansas Crime.

Kansas Crime first heard about the event on May 6, 2015 after the Kansas Department of Corrections released the information to the public. Dick was detained and later charged on multiple counts, according to Kansas Crime's analysis of the official report.

At the time of the arrest, Mr. Dick was described as a white man, 6' 5" tall, 240 lbs, 21 years old, brown colored eyes, and black hair. The report also specifies Mr. Dick's date of birth as 01/18/1994.
